Effective October 9, 2026. Spartacus Robotics & Cattle Company LLC (“Spartacus,” “we,” “us”) operates spartacusbot.com and the Spartacus service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
From visitors to this site: the usual server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed), analytics data, and cookies you consent to through the banner. From clients: your name, business details, contact information, billing details handled by our payment processor, the credentials and accounts you connect, and the content and instructions you give us. On behalf of clients: business contact data about prospects and customers — names, roles, companies, work emails and phone numbers, and engagement with outreach — drawn from licensed data providers, public sources and the client’s own records.
To run the service you asked for: finding and ranking prospects, sending and tracking outreach, publishing content, monitoring reviews, managing ads and reporting results. To bill you, support you, secure the platform, improve the service, and meet legal obligations. Our Robotic Cattle learn from your approvals and rejections to serve your account; we do not use one client’s data to train models for another.
Service providers who process data for us under contract: hosting (Hostinger), email and CRM systems, analytics, payment processing, software and automation providers, data providers, advertising platforms, and the off-page vendors who fulfil Reinforcement services. We share what each needs to do its job and nothing more. We do not sell personal data. We disclose it where the law requires or to protect rights and safety.
If you received a message that a client of ours sent through Spartacus, the client is the controller of your data and we act on their instructions. You can unsubscribe using the link in any message, or write to us and we will relay the request and stop sending on that client’s behalf.
We use essential cookies to make the site work and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link on the site or your browser.
We keep client account data for the life of the account and for up to seven years afterwards where tax or legal obligations require. Prospect data is kept while the client’s campaign is active and deleted or returned within 30 days of termination. Logs and analytics are kept for up to 26 months.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA/CPRA; EU and UK residents have the rights set out in the GDPR. To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor contracts to protect data, and we tell you without undue delay if a breach affects you. The service is for businesses; it is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
