The Centurions

“First prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Second prize is a set of steak knives.”

— Glengarry Glen Ross

First prize is a Cadillac. Second prize is a set of steak knives. The Centurions decide who gets which.

What they do

The Centurions score every recruit from one to a hundred. Fit, intent, timing, reachability. The number decides what happens next: the top of the list gets the Commander’s attention and a personal touch, the middle gets a patient drip, and the bottom gets cut before the Heralds ever hear its name.

How they work

The score is built from your business, not a generic rubric. The Augur feeds the Centurions what has closed before — size, sector, how fast they replied — and the thresholds move as the record grows. A 94 today means something specific about your customers, not about an industry average.

What you’ll see

Leads ranked, not just listed. You can override any score with a tap, and the Centurions learn from the override. Over a month the list starts to look like your instinct, except it never has a bad morning.
