The Heralds

“I’m not dead!”

— Monty Python

That lead from March is not dead. The Heralds will keep saying so until it answers.

What they do

The Heralds carry the message. Outreach sequences, follow-ups, replies to replies, the sixth touch nobody on your team ever gets round to. They write in your voice, send on your schedule, and keep going until somebody answers or the Centurions say stop.

How they work

Every sequence is drafted, reviewed by the Scribes for tone, and queued for your seal before the first send. After that the Heralds handle the rhythm: spacing, timezone, the reply that lands at 9:04 on a Tuesday. A real answer from a prospect pulls them out of the sequence and onto your desk within minutes.

What you’ll see

A queue of drafts each morning to approve in bulk, and a short list of actual conversations that need a human. Open rates and replies per sequence, in one line each, so you can kill the one that is not working.
