The Sentinels

“Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!”

— Monty Python

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition. The Sentinels do.

What they do

The Sentinels watch the walls. Every review, every mention, every rating on every platform that matters to your business, checked every two hours around the clock. A one-star review at 2 a.m. is on your desk, with a drafted reply, before your coffee.

How they work

They monitor Google, the industry sites and the social mentions that name you, then draft a response in your voice — grateful for the five-star, measured and specific for the one-star. Replies wait for your seal unless you have told the Sentinels which kinds they may answer on their own. Patterns are passed to the Augur: if three reviews mention the same complaint, you hear about it as a trend, not three separate alerts.

What you’ll see

A reputation line in the daily briefing: new reviews, average rating, anything that needs you. Nothing waits more than two hours to be noticed.
