The Quartermaster

“You’ll get nothing and like it!”

— Judge Smails, Caddyshack

You’ll get nothing and like it. That is what the Quartermaster says to the ad platform, on your behalf.

What they do

The Quartermaster controls the treasury. Paid search and paid social: budgets, bids, audiences, the ad copy, and the daily question of whether a dollar is working. Spend is managed at cost plus a flat 20% management fee. No coin wanders off.

How they work

Campaigns are built from the Centurions’ picture of who converts, not a platform’s suggestion. The Quartermaster watches cost per lead hourly, moves budget toward what is working, pauses what is not, and refuses every platform’s request to “just raise the budget” unless the numbers say yes. Every change above a threshold you set waits for your seal.

What you’ll see

Spend, leads, cost per lead, in one line per channel, every morning. When the Quartermaster pauses something, it tells you what it was and why.
