The Augur

“You can observe a lot by watching.”

— Yogi Berra

You can observe a lot by watching. The Augur does nothing else.

What they do

The Augur is the learning layer. It studies the business itself: which emails you approve, which you reject, which customers reply, when the quiet hours are, what the competitors are doing this week. Every signal is read and turned into a quieter, sharper next move for every other rank.

How they work

It starts with the onboarding intake — how you talk, who you serve, what a good customer looks like — and then watches. Approvals and rejections become rules. Seven-day effectiveness scores tell it which sequences, posts and pages earned their keep. Competitor gap analysis tells it where the ground is open. Nothing is spied on; everything is observed.

What you’ll see

You mostly see the Augur in what you stop seeing: fewer drafts sent back, fewer leads that were never going to close, fewer posts that landed flat. Once a month it tells you, in a paragraph, what it has learned about your business.
