The Oracle

“Just when I discovered the meaning of life, they changed it.”

— George Carlin

Carlin discovered the meaning of life and they changed it. The Oracle keeps up.

What they do

The Oracle makes sure the machines say your name. When a customer asks a chatbot who to call, the answer is assembled from what the engines have read about you. The Oracle shapes that: structured data, the questions your pages answer, the mentions and listings the models actually cite.

How they work

It tracks what the answer engines currently say when asked about your category in your area, finds the gap between that and the truth, and closes it — page by page, listing by listing, with the Scribes writing and the Engineers wiring the schema. When the answer changes, and it changes often, the Oracle notices first.

What you’ll see

A monthly read on where you appear in chatbot answers and where a competitor does instead. Plain language. No acronyms you have to look up.
